Yes, clothing is required in all of our sessions apart from our 8:30pm Simply Sauna Session or specific events.

No, however we do have a cold hose to shower down with.

Temperature varies between 70 - 100 degrees celsius, please alternate between the 3 bench levels for different heat exposure. (i.e, top bench is hottest, lowest bench is cooler.)

Yes, no under 16s are allowed in the sauna, staff have the right to ask for proof of age if they think you’re under 16.

Our plunge is situated outdoors just like the rest of our site, so temperatures vary due to weather conditions but the usual temperature is around 0-4 degrees celsius.
