Mythic Sauna is collaborating with AmberLuna Apothecary for a powerful and deeply restful winter special with storytelling, aromatherapy and herbal sauna.

As the sun sets, sink into an old tale spun by storyteller Oliver Wallace of Mythic Sauna. Weaving together with the story, Ellen Rowland of AmberLuna Apothecary will be bringing expertly-curated herbal rituals, wild teas and aromatherapy to deepen the magic of the experience. 

We will be hosted in the gorgeous dream-space of the traditional wood-fired Sweheat Sauna in East London.

This is going to be a very special experience.

We will need to receive details of any allergies at least 48hrs prior to the event, otherwise it will be more difficult to accommodate your needs - but we’ll do our very best!

There are just 12 places for this special collaboration, so do sign up early. Your ticket includes all herbal experiences and teas as well as a wintery snack.

Please bring:

2 towels, flip-flops and something warm to throw on between sauna sessions.
