Join us for a unique sauna evening in London, where tradition, community, and urban energy come together! Led by sauna master and the second-place winner of the 2024 Lithuanian Whisking Championship - Ksystof. 

You'll embark on a journey through the four seasons, each offering its own distinctive sauna experience. The event will take place from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM in London, in partnership with "Ivan Beats the Gong" and "Sweheat Sauna London," pioneers in modern sauna rituals.

❄️ Winter – The evening begins with an introduction to the sauna stove and steam rituals, accompanied by aromatherapy to help you unwind and prepare for the relaxation ahead.

🌸 Spring – Learn the etiquette and art of sauna whisking. Enjoy an anti-cellulite scrub and herbal treatments, gain new insights, and experience refreshing springtime conversation.

☀️ Summer – Feel the heat with an energetic whisking session and summer steam that will leave you with a warm glow, soothing both body and soul.

🍂 Autumn – Immerse yourself in the scents of fruits and gather the "harvest" of the sauna, exchanging stress for deep relaxation that will last all evening.

Included: „Goodie” welcome drink, access to two saunas, a cold plunge pool for cooling down, cold showers, and tea. ☕️
